And it almost cost her her life.

After a suicide attempt at 16, she was determined to find true healing for body and mind instead of just managing her symptoms. For 10+ years, she studied nutrition, psychology, kinesiology, and functional medicine to find these answers and founded The Integrative Center for IBS and SIBO to share them with others.

After 15 years of being told “There’s nothing you can do. Just live with it,” she found true healing through a lifestyle approach and targeted gut microbiome support.

Kaytee is now a well-respected functional medicine, media dietitian and the founder of The Integrative Center for IBS and SIBO–a group private practice dedicated to providing accessible, root-cause care to individuals with chronic and complex gut problems. 

She is one of the most interviewed and quoted dietitians in America, with over 300 published media interviews in outlets such as TIME and Medical News Today, and almost two dozen TV appearances. She is a sought after educator, consultant, spokesperson, and lecturer.
